What form of payment do you accept and is it
secure?
Data Depot accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Your personal information will be safe through SSL 128th Bit encryption through authorize.net. You may process payments online or by faxing in a credit card authorization form. We also accept checks & money orders.
How are Data Depot’s prices the most competitive in the industry?
Data Depot has a fixed cost of acquiring & maintaining the database. By delivering our databases at the lowest prices in the industry we are able to distribute the data at higher volumes, thus increasing our return on investment. Which maximizes our marketing dollars & cost per sale.
How is the data delivered?
During normal business hours a download link will be emailed within 15 minutes of an order being processed. Off hour orders will be processed the following day. In addition we will mail a DVD Copy of the database.
Are there any print or yearly usage limits?
Most list companies rent the data to you for a 1 time use. With Data Depot you own the data to use over and over again. You may not resell the database.
How is the Data Compiled?
5,200 Yellow Page and Business White Page Directories · Federal, State, City & County Government Data · Bankruptcy records and legal filings · Trade Associations · State Licensing Boards · Leading business magazines, newspapers and company newsletters · Annual reports · 10Ks and other SEC filings · New business registration and incorporations · Postal service information including National Change of Address, ZIP+4 carrier route and Delivery Sequence Files.
How often is the data updated?
Monthly, with over 2 million updates a month. Updates are available for $49 - $99. Most clients update the database 1 or 2 times a year.
What about email laws?
Data Depot has adopted strict compliance rules to protect the privacy of consumers. We contractually require all marketing partners to do the same by their adopting a strict adherence to both the CAN-SPAM ACT of 2003 and the rules promulgated under the National Do-Not-Call Registry Act as well as various state privacy laws.
